All of our products are made to order, and processing time usually takes 2-5 business days. Please note that international shipping rates and delivery times vary based on the destination. There may be delays due to the shipping company and customs duties, which are beyond our control. Customs processing times can also vary, and your package may be delayed as a result.If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.

We are pleased to offer free standard shipping on all orders. However, upgraded shipping options are available at checkout for an additional cost.

Shipment to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO Addresses
Dora Silver Design ships to P.O. Box addresses within the U.S., Europe, Canada, and many other countries. Please contact us if you want to verify shipping to a specific location.
Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
You will receive a shipment confirmation email once your order has shipped, containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes
Dora silver design is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
Damages
Dorasilverdesign is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
